Runbook — Friend invite and consent

Onboard a friend without sharing accounts or health data.

type runbookstatus activelifebot · gdpr · onboarding

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Send friend the app URL (not your vault password, not your ingest key).
  2. Friend creates their own Clerk account.
  3. Friend creates org if prompted (health still personal).
  4. Friend opens Health → accepts consent (health + AI).
  5. Friend creates vault (password + save recovery code offline).
  6. Friend either loads demo data or configures HAE/Hevy (SAAS-Lifebot/runbooks/hae-ingest-setup, SAAS-Lifebot/runbooks/vault-setup-and-recovery).
  7. Explain: you host the server but cannot read their numbers from the database; lost recovery code = data gone.

Verification

  • Friend sees only their data
  • Your account does not show their metrics
  • Friend can export/delete from Settings
